    Entry/Mid Level Project Coordinators

    Assistant Project Manager

    DUTIES: Researches conditions in local and regional markets. Gathers information to determine potential sales of a product. Gathers information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Responds to requests from customers with information and quotes. Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established trading partners. Identifies revenue opportunities within customer’s communities through communications, programs, and other activities. Ensures suspect identifications, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Identifies and closes sales of products and services. Works closely with support teams including accounting and business development. Engages in technical discussion with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations. Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on change and developments in the B2B infrastructure and E-commerce industries. Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in Korean in a commercial sales context. Must also have demonstrated experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Forecasting market trends, sourcing products, and planning sales strategy; (2) Negotiating terms and conditions for sales contracts; (3) Planning and executing monthly and annual sales plans and marketing strategies; (4) Developing process design and function optimization of ERP system; and (5) Managing product stocking schedule, inspection, inventory, and expiration date.
